#1. Share the online registration website for your church with parents/guardians.
Parents/Guardians are now able to register campers online. Please let the Parents/Guardians do it and not the church!
A sample form is on the page to let them know what will be asked.

#2. Sponsors must register individually as well.
Sponsors use the same form as the campers. Use the website provided for your church and select "sponsor".
#3 Rosters can be generated from the registrations sent to the group leader.
Group leaders will receive a registration information email when anyone registers with the link for your church.
Rosters can be adjusted up to and on the first day of camp.
#4 T-shirt reservations must be made 2 weeks before your camp.
Shirt orders are paid with the large group registration.
Shirt reservations are not the same as shirt orders.
One reserves the shirts, the other pays for the final tally.
#5 Background check form will be online.
However, a first-page, hard copy must still be brought to camp
and submitted at registration or scanned and emailed beforehand.
#6 Visitor policy
Visitors will be limited to Church Staff only.

You can email this at anytime before you come.
#8 Churches will do group registration (campers and sponsors) online.
Bring a check to camp to pay.
You may register your group the morning before you come, however, any changes to t-shirts may be pending availability.
#9 Upon arrival at camp, registration will be a simple confirmation of information, hard copy background checks (if you didn't email them) and the pickup of camp materials, Sugar Shack cards, and t-shirts!
