Youth Leaders Welcome!

On this page you will find helpful information about registering your group for the Fall Youth Retreat at Green Country Camp. At the bottom of the page you will find the link to the registration form you will need to fill out once you have all your details ready for it. 

All the churches we know are coming have a personalized form for their students to sign-up on through the "Youth Participant" link, if you do not have one for your church please let me know and I will create one; it will send a confirmation email to you for each sign-up (please check your spam folder if you are not getting registrations). Please, try to have the forms filled in as early and accurately as possible to ensure the most streamlined experience for your group. 


Base Participant

The base fee per individual without meals is $40; this covers all the programming, activities, t-shirts, and additional staff that are needed to facilitate activities. On the form, enter the number of youth and adults you will have attending the event in the "Number of Participants" Box. 

Anyone that signs up after Oct. 10, 2025 will incur an extra $10 late fee.


Meals

GCC will provide meals during the days of the event. Some churches may prefer to bring their own meals and prepare them in their cabin to have a more family-style dining experience with their youth group. On the registration form you can select whether you are planning to prepare your own meals or eat the camp prepared ones.

The cost per person to cover meals for the weekend is $20, please enter the total number of everyone who will be eating meals on the registration form. (i.e. You have 15 total coming (youth and yourself included) and all 15 are going to eat camp meals, please input 15 in the box)


Cabins

GCC's Mason cabin will be held for general admission bunks. If you would like general bunking arrangements please select that on the registration form; the number of bunks to select follows the same formula as used for selecting meals. Males and Females will have separate bathrooms and sleeping areas in each cabin, with the meeting area and kitchens being common areas. With general admission we will keep registrants from your church in the same cabin, but they will be sharing the space with other churches. The other GCC owned cabins and church owned cabins are available for rent during the retreat if you would like a private cabin for your church group. Hotel Rooms

GCC does have hotel rooms that are available to adults (not youth) that have reasons that prevent them from staying in the cabins during the event. Some of these are held for staff/leaders for the event. Please contact GCC for availability of hotel rooms and pricing. 


Shirts

Shirts take several days for the company to print them and send them. Please, have your registration forms turned in as early as possible to ensure availability of shirts and to avoid extra charges for a rush on the shirts.


Release Forms and Medicine

Release forms are now built into the registration of each student, they will therefore need their parent/guardian to fill out the form with them. For prescription medicine it is the responsibility of leaders from each church to ensure that participants bring their medication with them and take it as prescribed. We will not have a nurse on site during the event, but do have local urgent cares, a Fire Department with Paramedic, and basic first-aid supplies available at the camp.
